These Terms & Policies are crucial for ensuring a fair and smooth experience for us all at Rubie's Studio. By using my/our products, services, or this Discord server, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & Conduct: I can decline service. No scamming, harassment, or suspicious activity. Follow Discord's rules.

Copyright & Usage: All artwork is © 2026 Rubie's Studio. Personal use only for most digital products/commissions unless a commercial license is bought. Please tag @RubieStudio!

Commercial Use (Logos): Logos include a limited commercial license for basic branding. For expanded use or other commission types, please contact me about upgrading.

Artist Rights: I retain rights to display my work. I don't create content promoting hate or harm.

Payments & Orders: Payments are upfront via Stripe/Ko-fi. Once paid, orders are locked.

Communication: Please be clear with requests (moodboards help!). If unresponsive, I'll use my artistic judgment.

Revisions: Each commission includes two (2) free revisions, requested within 3 days of delivery.

Timeframes: Most orders take 2-7 days. I'll always communicate about delays.

Refunds & Cancellations: No refunds for completed/approved work or instant downloads. Partial refunds may be issued if work hasn't started or for valid reasons. Ko-fi donations are generally non-refundable.

Privacy & Trust: Your personal info is private. I never copy other artists' work or reuse client-specific commissions for others.

Mutual Respect: I'm a small artist; kindness and patience are much appreciated! Disrespect will result in cancellation and blacklisting.
